Nutrient Packed

Chitin is a polysaccharide that is found in the cell walls of fungi, including mushrooms. Humans do not produce the enzyme chitinase, which is needed to break down chitin. As a result, chitin is not digested in the human digestive system.

We immediately heat our mushrooms this kills any bacteria and breaks down the chitin, making the mushroom digestible for humans in turn increasing their nutrient benefit. We finalise the process by freeze drying. This process is superior to freeze-drying alone, as it results in a more digestible and nutritious product.

Tremella mushroom, commonly known as snow mushroom, silver ear mushroom, or white jelly mushroom (Tremella fuciformis), is an edible fungus widely used in traditional Chinese medicine and cuisine. It’s characterized by its gelatinous, translucent, and slightly frilly appearance, resembling a soft, white cloud or jelly when hydrated. Native to subtropical and tropical regions, it grows on decaying hardwood trees and has been cultivated for centuries, particularly in East Asia.

Our Tremella capsules contain 500mg per capsule of 100% Fruiting Body. Each bottle contains 120 capsules (60g)

Our Tremella powder contains 80grams of 100% Fruiting Body

The recommended dosage of Tremella mushroom depends on the desired outcome and the form of the mushroom you are taking.

For Powder: Mix 1-2 scoops into your favorite drink or food

For Capsules: 2-4 Capusles per day.
